APPLICATION / USE CASES

Choose a route for the task

AI sessions, video streaming, and work apps can have different route requirements. Start with the app you need, then compare regions and protocols. That’s more useful than relying on a single connection test.

AI tool access

Long sessions and uninterrupted output

ChatGPT, Claude, and coding assistants need more than a page that loads; follow-up requests must also complete. Choose an available exit first, then check sign-in, conversations, and file transfers. Avoid switching regions repeatedly within the same session. Access also depends on your account status and the platform’s rules—a successful route connection doesn’t guarantee account eligibility.

Streaming access

Check the catalog and playback separately

For streaming, check region detection, content availability, and playback separately. Platforms such as Netflix, Disney+, and YouTube may change how they identify routes, and results can vary even on the same exit. After choosing a route, open the title you want to watch rather than relying on the region label alone. Video uses data continuously, so consider your usual viewing habits when choosing a plan.

Cross-border work

Switch between desktop and mobile

Browsing documents, accessing code repositories, and using collaboration tools often involve different devices and apps. VPNEF supports desktop and mobile platforms, with no limit on devices online at once. Import the subscription and check the connection on each device. If a work app has its own proxy settings, check those alongside the system settings to avoid a browser working while the app can’t connect.

SELECTION / WHAT TO LOOK FOR

Connection, devices, and subscription terms

Break the network experience down into conditions you can check one by one. The notes below distinguish service details from usage tips; a single test result can’t tell you how things will work over time.

Check sustained connections at peak times

Peak-hour performance depends on your local connection, route topology, and the destination service. When comparing routes, keep the app and network conditions consistent, then compare sustained connections over IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct routes. After a page loads, check whether session output, file requests, or video playback continue without interruption. Client test results reflect the route at that moment; they don’t replace testing your actual task. If performance varies, check your local network first, then try a backup route in the same region to help pinpoint the issue.

Quantum encryption and device settings

Quantum encryption is a key security feature highlighted by VPNEF, but safe use still depends on getting the client from a trusted source and protecting your account password and subscription link. Get the client and subscription from the user panel, then check the connection on your device. Don’t post subscription details in public forums. Network encryption and the security of an app account are separate layers and can’t replace each other. When signing in to international sites, check the domain and certificate warnings. For connection troubleshooting, share only the necessary environment details—never your full subscription link.

  • Treat your subscription link like a credential

Unlimited devices, configure each one

VPNEF supports unlimited devices online at once and works with Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Each device needs its own client setup and subscription import; connecting on desktop won’t automatically connect your other devices. Device count and plan data allowance are separate considerations, so choose a data allowance based on what you actually do on each device. If something goes wrong, first check whether the issue affects just one device, then review its permissions, system proxy, and subscription update status.

Verify AI tool access with real requests

Here, direct access to AI tools means access for the tools you want to use; it doesn’t mean you should choose a route labeled “Direct.” Chat, code completion, and command-line requests may use different app settings, so check each one uses the intended exit. After connecting, sign in and send a real request to see whether it completes. Account region, subscription eligibility, and service rules are determined by the platform. If a tool works in your browser but not in your editor, first check the editor’s or terminal’s own proxy settings.

  • Check web and app connections separately
  • Keep the same exit throughout a session

Playback is the real test of streaming access

Verify streaming access on the platform itself. A route’s region is a starting point for choosing a route, not a guarantee of catalog availability or video quality. Once you’re in the service, check whether the title appears, starts playing, and continues smoothly. Your account region, content licensing, and the platform’s detection methods can all affect the result. If you see a region warning, check your current exit and whether the app is still using an old session. Avoid switching regions repeatedly during playback, so you can tell whether changes come from the cache or the route.

7-day no-questions-asked refunds

VPNEF offers 7-day no-questions-asked refunds; see the refund policy for eligibility and instructions. When choosing a plan, test the apps, devices, and times you actually use—not just whether a connection works. Monthly plans reset data each month on the activation date; data bundles last until used and never expire. Each option suits a different usage pattern. Before paying, confirm the plan type, price, and data allowance. For order issues, open a ticket in the user panel so support can review the relevant details.

NETWORK / INTERNATIONAL ROUTES

Worldwide coverage and route preview

View all routes →

VPNEF covers 120+ countries with 170+ routes. The table below shows common regions and route types to illustrate the options; it doesn’t mean every route performs the same on every network or at every time. IEPL dedicated lines, relays, and direct routes describe how a connection is routed, while region names describe the exit location. Compare these separately.

For your first connection, start with a route in a region that fits the target app, then test the task you need to do. A nearby location can be a useful starting point, but inter-network links, routing detours, and the destination service’s response all affect performance. If you need to switch, compare backup routes in the same region before changing regions. This helps keep your session consistent and makes it easier to identify the cause.

From account to connection: what to check

Create an account with a username and password—no email address needed. In the user panel, check your account status and choose a plan. After payment, confirm the plan is active and get your subscription. Installing a client and importing a subscription are separate steps; installing the app alone doesn’t configure a route, so it can’t confirm the service is ready to use.

After importing, check that your route list appears, then choose a region and connect. Test a regular web page first, followed by the AI tools, video, or work apps you actually use. If the route list is empty, check that the subscription imported successfully and whether it needs updating. If routes appear but an app can’t connect, check the client connection status and the app’s proxy settings. Your subscription link contains account access credentials, so don’t share it publicly; cover the full link when asking for help.

BILLING / PLAN PREVIEW

Monthly plans and permanent data bundles

Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting monthly on the activation date. Choose a tier based on the apps you use and your data needs; more data isn’t automatically a better fit. Unlimited devices is a device-count policy, not unlimited plan data.

Monthly plan

500GB

¥28/month

For use cases that need a larger data allowance. Consider it for frequent video streaming or file transfers, but base your choice on actual usage—not just the number of devices.

When you upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated into the remaining days. Before paying, check the plan type and order details in the panel. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For order status, upgrades, or refunds, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket. Don’t rely only on the payment page redirect to confirm activation.

To decide whether a plan is right for you, check a few clear things: can it handle your target apps, are your devices configured, does it meet your needs at the times you use it, and do the data terms fit your habits? VPNEF offers 7-day no-questions-asked refunds; see the refund policy for details. These checks are more useful than comparing plan names alone.
